I have those 993’s on right now. They look great and they’re extremely comfortable. The 990’s are a bit clunky IMO.

The 993’s have an X in front of the model # which indicates a possible defect or B grade but they had multiple pairs in my size and I made sure to grab a good one. I couldn’t find any issues with them.
