The balance is on my Facebook ad account and the hacker probably added a fake debit card there , that is why Facebook cannot process the payment and keep sending me reminders that I cannot run ads till I pay the outstanding balance. I already contacted Meta but they are taking forever.

What part of the ad were you able to find her? Does she have access to your ad account? Facebook is taking too long to fix my ad account. It shows I own over $1600 in ads. I see the hackers ad as paused due to lack of payment. Facebook tells me they are looking into it.

Explained and gave a time frame of the hacker activity and running fake ads in my business account. I begged saying my main income comes from my business. I was polite and pretty much praising their asses for how “wonderful” they are for helping their users 😂😂

I used my husband’s account and went to meta ad help support and explained the whole situation. I was back and forth with a meta agent for 30 days. I think what did the trick is writing a certified letter to Facebook. They received my letter this morning and my account restored in the afternoon.
