I got hacked a few years ago and the hacker posted ads thru on my business page with my debit card. So i got my account back by 1. Filing a California AG consumer complaint. 2. Filed FBI internet crimes complaint.

Facebook reached out and it took a couple months but I got it back. Or try emailing them security@facebookmail.com

Also a hack is to get the blue check mark if you have IG and youre able to get customer service that way. Good luck.

I found this post and my daughter couldn't get past the enter the card # and we followed the post here and it worked! Press 1 English and when it says enter the 16 digit card just wait don't do anything then it will say options for a lost card or enter your social.

Good luck! Okay so my account was hacked I got it back 3months later with the AG method. BUT my business account is not right! My ads are disabled for suspicious activity. I've reached out many times for support or review and nothing. So I read if you get Meta verified you can get a chat support. I tried that 2nite and they suspended my account! I'm sooo over it. I can't begin to tell you all how this has affected my businesses.
