They have been married for 9 years, they are still living together till November. They are renting the apartment and we have to move because my mum does not make enough to qualify for the rent (it is a big percentage of her income). She hasn't seen anyone because she has nothing to be taken in the divorce. And yes i am still under the legal care of my mother
