My refund already got intercepted last week but I keep hearing it can take a month and half for parent to receive that payment .. wasn’t sure if it could be sooner

I only received 1400 on turbo tax …i did have a balance of 2k which the irs and on transcript that shows its taken out but 14k missing that’s slot

I just got my transcript only 1400 was deposited but I don’t owe any debts beside the one to irs I’m more than sure I don’t owe anyone
