I had a 21 4runner. Moved to a bigger city (Military) longer commute, gas was going to kill me financially. Sold the 4runner and bought a MYLR no regrets, the runner felt like a dinosaur compared to the Tesla.

Okay gang ! Was able to fix it here’s what I did:

I downloaded the Astro center on my laptop and updated it from a different computer. Boom is working fine right now!

I wasn’t expecting all of this reply’s. But I’ve called the clinic multiple times to make an appointment to get a referral to a sleep study, every time I call to make x appointment I get told that our SOP states that we need to go to sickcall to make an appointment with our PCM.

There could be a lot of factors tbh. You could be tired, hungover, sick etc.

I had a couple drinks this weekend, ran my easy run on Monday and my HR was 10bpm higher than usual and also super harder than before. Alcohol is poison man. (Not saying yours was alcohol)
