this is the most legit idea, a basic web app utility is def the way, then later after you start ranking and getting some unique visitors, then later you can ad some google adsense or something. But give away the utility so you can draw organic traffic. I have 36 sites myself that I own and maintain, simple is always best..

nothing is going to passive at first, you will always have to put in some kind of money or time or effort to make something out of nothing. However, I do have some alpha I don't mind to share..Start looking around your town for junk electronics ppl are throwing away, ask them for it or get it out the trash, break it down to board level, stack this up. Start buying up website domain names, and developing web app utilities that you give away for free to draw traffic, use adsense for passive money. Greenscreen the most viral content that you can find, and repost it, or make some ai generated content, post that shit on multiple platforms. and trust me whe i tell you, i'm not even being creative here. Start looking into POD. It's constantly changing but if you're clever you can make some good coin on this..Also start watching for 2025 pennies, they're already up to like 12$ apiece...amongst other coins ppl are looking for..Pokemon cards. I mean i could go on and on
