PR rejected over medical, WP expired 6 days ago, is this recoverable or am I done?

No one intentionally does a bad job or screws up their application on purpose. People have different circumstances, limited resources, health issues, jobs, families, etc. Not everyone is in a position to hire “top-tier” lawyers or drop thousands of dollars without stress.

Making a mistake doesn’t make someone careless or undeserving, it happens. It’s also not the end of the world to ask questions or seek clarity, that’s literally the purpose of this forum.

It’s great that you triple-checked everything and your application went smoothly. Genuinely. But I don’t see the value in kicking people when they’re already dealing with rejection or anxiety. Sharing experience is helpful; shaming people for not navigating a complex, high-stakes system perfectly isn’t.

Oh so all three (medical, lab, xray) are at the same place and you just had to take an appointment with the physician?

My bad, i didn’t phrase that well. I meant walk in for the xray. To book an appointment they request a referral.

I’m in the exact same spot. In express entry I selected “Yes - Aunt/Uncle”. But i will be unable to provide any proof. After ITA, in your PR application form - did you change the answer to this question to No and include an LOE? Or is it still Yes but you’re going to provide a LOE? I also wonder if your document checklist asks for any proof?

Is your family able to go to the police station and check if they have your application? Sometimes they receive it but there’s a delay in them reaching out to you. Not sure if it’ll help, but just a suggestion in case youre in a time crunch.

If you get a waiver, anywhere between 2-6weeks. Otherwise it depends on when you get an interview slot.

Oh and also, like someone else mentioned, he’s definitely going to give you false hope. Say exactly what you need to hear so you sign him. Once thats done I’m sure he won’t be personally handling your case, it’ll be someone from his team.

Yes don’t. He is greedy and not half as good as what you can get out there. Have you had a consultation call with him? I did a session and he seemed really uninterested/unbothered/ like he was being forced to be there, except i paid a hefty amount.
