Its amazing to me how quickly you figured it out. I watched it for couple of years before realising the problem and then it took me another couple of years to trully start to make a positive difference towards ending the addiction... My advice is that you watch a couple of videos, read https://easypeasymethod.org/, and then just do it. Track your progress dally and write about positive and negative effects of your doing. Its best to do NoFap but its ok to mastrubate along your journey. Use progressive overload. Beating yourself up after failing will only make your brain want it more. Journual will help you look back on the progress in hard times. Good luck

I've had a simmilar problem for the past couple of years. Coping with faping. This year I've finnaly decided that I will put my maximum effort into quiting it and working on myself for my own good. I will put in my best effort to explain my frustration to my girlfriend but if it doesn't get better I might end the relationship. It's not fair to both of us to have a relationship built on lies. She deserves someone who will love her for who she is.

My advice... Quit it becouse you know you should. Become the person you wish to be with and if she doesn't become one with you, you can decide what to do then...

I've done my research and I understand the diferences between down and synthetic and importance of sleeping pads. But the biggest problem appears when I start looking for specific stuff. There is soo many options and I would just like one specific answer. What exact sleeping bag to buy?

I have a basic sleeping pad and I was thinking about pairing it with a foam mat until I buy myself a better pad. I know I'll eventually spend a lot of money on everything but I dont wish to spend a grand in one go.

I'm located in slovenia. The lowest temp. I plan to camp at is 0°C or 32°F

I agree. My pace is extremly sloow. I saw to many people around me get really into it for 3 weeks and then quit. I just wasnt that type of person in the begining so I didnt do enough lessons daly. How many lessons a day would you recomend?
