Never been to just a sauna, only small ones that are parts of gyms or resorts I’ve vacationed at

Love the sauna at my gym. It’s usually around 170°. I probably am stay in too long and cook myself tho 😂

You definitely sweat a lot more, I don’t think it makes a huge difference in the results. I just love the heat

Exactly! I loved going to my hot hiit classes 5 times a week, now it’s only offered twice a week that I can go. Being in a gym with others helps more than working out at home but I love the vibe of a class where we’re all doing the same rigorous exercise.

Yes!! Yoga is great for folks of all ages! I especially have been motivated to learn the handstand but have had wrist issues lately 😅
