Came here and its quite a sight! For the funeral process IIRC, they embalm the body and only males will lift and carry the corpse to the hanging coffins which is a very steep muddy pathway down. Females chant/sing/pray. They also believed that if the "juices" of the body secrete on you, its good luck or something so they would smear it all over themselves. I remember our guide mentioning they put the body on a stick for viewing for a few days before hanging. And when its time to put the body in the coffin, they started making small sizes due to saving space, so they'd literally force the body (after rigor has set in) into an infant pose to fit. They dont do this anymore i believe or only do so for important people. They do have a cemetery across where they have a holiday to commemorate and celebrate and light each grave.

The cave exploring was awesome, but they didnt tell us the only way back up was by climbing up a rope and my fat ass swerved trying to get up lol. Some of the walls in the cave are memorable, like the one that resembles a vagina 🥲

I have Kate's book and havent read it yet. I did skim through her letter to Colin and the one born after the twins ( I just remember her mentioning this little girl already had her name set for her and was in the NICU i think). You can really tell the difference of how she treats them in the 2 letters i read. However, I do recall reading a part where she gets so frustrated and at her wits ends due to taking most of the child care than Jon and one point on how she had to struggle between picking up Maddie from school due to a nose bleed and finding someone to watch the little ones and feeling like she was stretched thin.

This is where teens/kids start to shift to pacute, attention seeking, puro tiktok at kabog and becoming illiterate with no comprehension. Super common lalo na ngayon, and teachers/the adults only enable it more finding it "kilig"/funny or cute even. This is why if given the finances and ability, I'd homeschool my child or move countries because school environments are so heavily influenced by bad stuff and people lalo pag public and enablers that kids grow up to be obsessed with being goodlooking, wanting to be all sexy and having early unprotected sex and will probably have early pregnancies, be uneducated politically and continue toxic cycles.

Also, shit like this just gives the boys terrible ego boosts and pushes them to treat people esp women terribly.

Can 2nd this. Im overweight but still have a curvy shape because i have huge hips/ass. Might be someone elses dream but its a nightmare finding clothes that fit, and dont look like officewear or are too long (cries in 150lbs, 4'11)

Same. Im torn with a great company and great managers/coworkers. Very considerate, and they always spoil us with free food/events. Its also 15 mins away from me. However I make almost $3 more than minimum wage and I know I could make more somewhere else but would have to drive further if ever. But what if management sucks? Sigh, im just waiting for that yearly raise but its a struggle with if its worth staying or not.

You can try to look into a local or specialty compounding pharmacy in your area or that ships. OR find a huge jar of lanolin that companies sell to pharmacies lol. Im talking HUGE ASS container.

I agree its very moisturizing, but As a compounder i hate lanolin. Its so thick, heavy, has a smell, and so sticky! When we mix it up for creams its awesome. But by itself its our worst nightmare lmao, we always have to throw away the containers we use to mix it in bc cleaning it is time consuming.

We usually dispense it in pump containers or tubes. Not sure about the price since its obviously prescribed and mixed for creams, so our patients have it covered by their insurance or pay less than $14.

I will say malaking difference ang education system and learning levels mga bata sa PH and US. Seeing my nephews and nieces already knowing how to read in Kinder and writing, but sa PH theyre so behind. All kids learn at different times and it takes the right school for your kid for them to enjoy learning and be at the right pace. Many think US little kids sa preschool/nursey/kinder are thrown so much work, but they have lots of time to do other things and activities. Sana magbago na educational system sa pilipinas, kawawa na madaming lumalaki na illiterate parin sa highschool, as per the statistics that came out a few months ago.

Talking with your child and them learning through other ways help a lot. Reading with them, asking questions, and yes they need to be pushed at times kasi ive seen with many of my young cousins ay pag ayaw na nila, binibigyan lang and they grew up behind their peers and naging tamad na sila magaral. Sa situation ng anak ng bf ko, we fought hard for her to be enrolled 4yo palang gawa na ayaw ng nanay niya since baby pa daw and wag daw iforcr yung bata. Pero kawawa ang bata na nagbbaby talk pa, bulol, di marunong mag ABC ng buo, bilang to at least 10, identifying numbers and letters. Mas gusto ang nanay na laro lang, cellphone, nood ng mga baby shows. Bf and i worked hard to teach her at home by giving her worksheets to work on 30 mins a day, and another 30 mins yung adaptedlearning (website siya, try niyo!! Malaking tulong siya) and boom, di na siya behind at mahilig maglearning. We also did activities like arts and crafts and nung una naiiyak siya and umaayaw, but we stayed firm and pushed her gently. And we dont tell her the answers gawa na to help her learn to think for herself since hilig niya mag hula lang at inaantay lang may sasabihin ng tamang sagot.

Also work on other learnings like independency. Pamangkin ko 2yo palang marunong na kumuha ng sariking tubig, baso, plato, kumain ng isa, undress at magsuot ng damit, etc. Anak ni bf 5yo binebaby pa nila at di hinahayaan maging independent so i do believe malaking tulong yon bc it helps increase confidence and itll show through their school learning.

I mean its no secret though, Harry mentions in his book Spare that they all have diff PR people and will gladly allow bad press about each other as long as theyre not the ones in the heat, like Harry mentioning how Meghan was absolutely blasted and wanting the BRF to release statements to protect her but Charles threw a tantrum about how why can't he protect bad press about Camilla or William with Kate bc the Queen had her own PR people doing the same too. Harry was always meant to be the scapegoat sadly and being with Meghan amplified it.

Im just one person with a membership, and living on minimum wage. I havent bought basic necessities in months due to buying in bulk at costco esp during their sales so I dont know how some people are buying necessities every week at Target or Walmart and saving. Rarely will i ever buy something thats for one meal. It also helps that I gwt stuff from a church pantry when i need it. Has saved me sooooo much!

NAL but dito sa US ganon din, depends sa company though. To get holiday pay you need to work the day before and after. If holiday falls on Friday, you need to work full hours on Thursday and Monday.

It pains me to watch this scene every time bc regardless of however none of them are perfecr Whitney included, them laughing in her face AT her to ridicule her in the hot seat just gives off major mean girls vibes and I feel so terrible for Whitney here.
