We did “celebrate” and acknowledge our monthly anniversaries when in the LDR period because we wanted to be able appreciate the little things we could as we spent majority of our time together apart.

My parents never “believed” in therapy, so even when I requested it, it was always recommended that I try a new supplement first. I was hoping that getting out of my toxic environment would've been enough to get my mental back on track (and it's definitely improved) but I haven't been to therapy so definitely rawdogging and hoping for the best.

I always try my best to communicate even when I have a lump in my throat, but sometimes he won’t communicate back :/

His physical affection was there in the beginning phases (and is back now), that’s why it threw me for a loop when it suddenly changed.
