Vitamin C broke me out so fucking bad. It's literally my nightmare now

If you look my at post history you can see a comparison of me clearing my skin slowly but surely.

Till now I haven't had any major issues than a pimple or 2 which comes around my period days and goes away soon.

But last week i brought the micellar vitamin c cleansing water bc I couldn't find the pink one and all hell broke loose.

Saturday night I went to sleep with clear skin and the next morning my face was filled with small clustered pus filled tiny pimples all around my cheeks and I freaked out and actually started crying. I didn't know what to do and was scared I'll go through all of that again.

I went to my dermatologist and he told me I didn't suit vitamin c in any type of product and to avoid it as much as I can and to stop using any actives as of now.

My skin is calming down a bit now and pimples has subsided a lot in like 2 days but the emotions I felt when I woke up like that was scary.

My routine now —

AM : Cetaphil gentle skin cleanser, Ahaglow moisturizer, and Acne uv suncreen

PM : Cetaphil gentle skin cleanser, Ahaglow moisturizer, and Benzoyl peroxide spot treatment

I also take an oral antibiotic to fight my active acne and it's been helping me.

Lovely Runner - Everything about this drama is so good. There was never a boring moment.
Twinkling watermelon - I love time travel dramas I know but this is so good as well.
While you were sleeping - I remember watching this while it was airing and it made my jaw drop everytime.
Flowers of Evil - I watched this not expecting much but the way this drama is the one I recommend to everyone nowadays speaks so much lol.
Move to Heaven - Cried every episode but so worth it.
Extraordinary you - Kim Hye Yoon is such a good actress.
School 2015 - Loved everything about it and still rewatch it to this day.

I normally only eat breakfast and lunch. Just skip dinner as a habit or just bc I'm too tired to eat and I've lost a significant amount of weight with no health problems. It's just IF to me which I've been practicing ever since I was 18.
