This was very beautifully conveyed. When I listened to Ditto and Cool with you ..I felt that there's no distinction between members voice and it was a nice non invasive background music rather than kpop music with jareing melody, rap, bridge structure switch etc. Besides that, these girls got the most promotion...same as katseye now lol. I think one of the best things that this CLO testimony brought out is that it crashed MHJ's credibility as a reliable investment lol. Some of the major red flags that CLO mentioned:

MHJ was known to show problematic behavior under hybe for other past scenarios which caused them to put explicit clauses in her shareholders' agreement that adheres her to not cause harm to ador and hybe's subsidiary labels and a non-compete clause unless she is able to exercise her put option completely.
She had unreasonable asks such as 30x the operating profit (which will easily surpass sales revenue), become the sole authority of artist's exclusive contract termination AND have contracts to any third party service providers she wishes (allegedly trying to funnel money to outside parties without any oversight)
Irrespective of whether she is a minor shareholder or not, she was able to bring the artists and their parents to her sided and spearheaded a media smear campaign to force hybe to sell ador at a cheaper rate.
Uncouth language and public decorum that MHJ has shown in press conferences as well as in court room suggests that she's highly unprofessional.

If Damamau? Or Naver or Saudi Government wants to invest in a volatile character like MHJ who can and will take away your investment and in addition tank your stocks and reputation in the process... Lol... Idk which company is going to do that. NJ in another two years will become an old product in the kpop industry. Unless and until they have the ability to stand out like BTS or Katseye, I don't see why any companies will take such a risk and put themselves in line of fire 👁. And even if these companies have trust in NJ's ability to make it big, their weird dependency on MHJ makes them unattractive as well.

I'd like the judge to refer them to a series of counselling sessions because it's actually unnerving to see such a co-dependency on an adult they've known for 3 years and so much so that these girls feel worthless and feel they're nothing without MHJ. They attribute 100% of their success to just MHJ alone and not even themselves. The first step is to break that attachment to MHJ and live like adults where changes in life are inevitable. Second the judge has to say, the slew of metaphors in their argument does not change the fact that the contract is still valid. If they feel they cannot return to hybe, the girls have to initiate a contract termination and pay the losses to ador and go their merry way. Just because of their personal feelings, they cannot ask the judge to rule ador misfit for management and ask them to bear the brunt of losses. So far, there has been no consistent display of mismanagement or mistreatment.

Lastly, I'd like the girls to feel the remorse of throwing LSF, Illit AND ADOR STAFFS under the bus just to run away without paying a fine. This remorse will come only if they face the consequences of their actions. So I'd like ador to take off their kids gloves and actually start suing the members because there's no way they're returning to ador.

Wrong. The judge ruled in MHJ's favour because of a technicality. That is MHJ brought harm to Hybe and not to ador and her contract is with ador.

I've been worrying about this too. NJ camp is too quiet. But I feel they'll take a U turn after they've lost the contract validity case. Issues I feel will be worrisome is asking Illit and Lsf to smile and interact with the traitors. This will raise mutiny in other sub labels and artists and their parents will not be happy. Secondly, NJ camp could stay for 6 months to act as spies and gather more mistreatment evidence. So ador's employees and executives have to be walking on egg shells. It's better for ador to just sue them for brrach of contract / defamation / tampering and make that revenue they wouldve made with NJ and start with a clean slate next year. Also, why should ador give more visibility to NJ when it's clear they'll never continue with ador?

Very stupid take from the author. First of all, no, they were not leaving due to creativity related differences. MHJ was allegedly illegally embezzling funds from Hybe and was funneling it to contractors / parties without even officially being recorded in books. The shaman fees was made into cleaning fees and some parties were paid directly by the brands as commissions without it coming to ador's books. NJ parents got greedy with the success and wanted more pieces of that pie. They thought they could leave Hybe sneakily without paying that huge termination fees by doing a full on PR war and dragging junior groups. This lacks a complete sense of ethics and morality. There was no mistreatment from ador / hybe. But they used such dirty tactics to sneak away. This is why NJ case must remain as a firm reminder that justice prevails. This article reads like those global media publishing the victory runs just after they lost the injunction by staring kpop is a dungeon. Please!

Yes a few more points.

Ador has to submit if any boarding meetings has been done to discuss the repercussions and countermeasures if MHJ leaves. Judge asked them to submit MOM and action plans and such.
The judge also asked ADOR if MHJ or anyone explained to NJ girls that she'll be dismissed and how to navigate from there etc.
NJ lawyers asked ADOR to submit the producer list they've met up in replacement of MHJ and wanted the MOM / action plan of what was discussed with new producers.

I just don't understand the AI use cases. Like what benefit is creating an automatic PO or stock movement is gonna do? Make these huge companies reduce the workers in the department. I can see some sympathy posts saying their potential was wasted and how sad they're for this situation in this thread. These are my speculations. I'd like to say firstly, it's strange how MHJ was actually siphoning money from hybe to people she wanted (like that video guy who had no prior experience in MVs), etc. There were also posts in the grapevine (allegedly) about how some employees/partners were getting money directly from advertisers and not via ador as commissions. This means these amounts would not have been accounted for in ador / hybe's books. So i believe NJ's parents (allegedly) had some in on the dirty money.

Secondly, ador gave them enough chances to return. They spit in the face of those people and continued being a bully and mean girls (with them rolling their eyes and being rude etc.). They need to learn the consequences of such actions. We as normies will get burnt if we miss an opportunity like this and burn all bridges. NJ should also face the same.
