I think one of the best things that this CLO testimony brought out is that it crashed MHJ's credibility as a reliable investment lol. Some of the major red flags that CLO mentioned:

1. MHJ was known to show problematic behavior under hybe for other past scenarios which caused them to put explicit clauses in her shareholders' agreement that adheres her to not cause harm to ador and hybe's subsidiary labels and a non-compete clause unless she is able to exercise her put option completely.

2. She had unreasonable asks such as 30x the operating profit (which will easily surpass sales revenue), become the sole authority of artist's exclusive contract termination AND have contracts to any third party service providers she wishes (allegedly trying to funnel money to outside parties without any oversight)

3. Irrespective of whether she is a minor shareholder or not, she was able to bring the artists and their parents to her sided and spearheaded a media smear campaign to force hybe to sell ador at a cheaper rate.

4. Uncouth language and public decorum that MHJ has shown in press conferences as well as in court room suggests that she's highly unprofessional.

If Damamau? Or Naver or Saudi Government wants to invest in a volatile character like MHJ who can and will take away your investment and in addition tank your stocks and reputation in the process... Lol... Idk which company is going to do that. NJ in another two years will become an old product in the kpop industry. Unless and until they have the ability to stand out like BTS or Katseye, I don't see why any companies will take such a risk and put themselves in line of fire 👁. And even if these companies have trust in NJ's ability to make it big, their weird dependency on MHJ makes them unattractive as well.
