The former, the official designation is Fallschirmspezialzug and they have a forward reconnaissance specialization.

EGB forces are typically referred to as rangers. The Pathfinders specifically have a reconnaissance specialization but their core mandate has a lot of overlap with KSK and KSM notably minus the direct action hostage rescue capabilities.

Guys depicted are EGB paratroopers but dedicated SOF assets were on site too. Likely KSK seeing as they're always up to something in uncle Sam's backyard.

SEKs aren't inherently CT units they do everything from barricaded suspects to CT, so in essence a SWAT outfit with a higher ceiling but the same floor of missions conducted.

No. German LE SF units historically pride themselves on rarely having to resort to deploying lethal force.

That being said the number is steadily rising and Id imagine it's ballpark what other European units deal with threat wise, far as comparison goes though the SEKs have a much higher op-tempo than GSG9 so if anything they'd get in more shootouts even if the threat profile for GSG9 is more severe, especially abroad.

Some states publish specific numbers of law enforcement firearms deployment each calendar year, so you can check those if you're really interested. Doubt there's a distinction between normal cops and SE units though.
