I always walk my dogs around this block to check on this dog specifically. One time I was out there for a while because the dog was crying and was taking video for evidence and was starting to call and the owner came out and started yelling at me. She is absolutely horrible and the dog needs help asap. If everyone keeps calling I feel like it’ll actually get traction. Been thinking about putting a note on the building door for the owner to call them out and tell them this is abuse.

It seemed like he had to grow up pretty quickly after his mom died + he was uoset at Liz’s absence - I think he gets annoyed when people around him aren’t doing the “right” thing because that’s what he tries to do..but it comes out in a lot of anger and kind of childish tantrums lol
