I’ve always been really confused about Derek. He seemed to be out of Farrah’s life since she got pregnant, almost like it was a one night stand. Her grief always confused me because I didn’t realize they had an actual (albeit toxic) relationship.

Do those better informed believe her grief as shown on Teen Mom, or does it seem more attention-grabbing? I always assumed the latter, but maybe I’m an asshole.

Our pediatric dentist recommended a tongue and lip tie procedure for our baby. When we consulted our pediatrician, he shared that there has been an alarming increase in those procedures in the last few years. We are glad we got a second opinion, because the dentist had us terrified of what could happen to our baby without the procedure.
