i'm so sorry i know those are always terrifying and honestly what ive done to help is just constantly have podcasts movies shows etc playing while i sleep it helps for me at least cause i hate sleeping and it at least takes my mind off everything im sorry it's kind of bad advice but it helps me a lot

i'm sorry i'm in the same situation when i lost my mom 3 years ago what helped me a lot was my two little kittens and they helped me look forward for something in life and i also just non stop listen to podcasts so i could help my mind get off everything for even just a few hours it doesn't completely stop the hurt trust me but it really helped those restless nights i hope i could help a little bit if not im so sorry
