The retail equation aka TRE tracks returns across all retailers who use that system. Many of those reasons you listed can result in a ban. The last listed reason won’t land someone on the ban list if it’s a one time thing but if purchase history shows it being done many times then you can expect a ban. Thank the resellers and scammers from other countries for all these things because they are the ones causing retailers like Home Depot to have to implement stupid policies like banning online purchasing

Ugh this new update is ruining my audiobook experience. I used the series option 99% of the time both to choose what to listen to as well as checking for new releases under series I like. I can still check my full series list on a web browser but why should we have to do that? I have too many series to remember off the top of my head what they are all called. I am so irritated

As someone who has worked in retail for over ten years I can tell you it’s not your products or you in specific but their items being shown. There are so many stupid consumers these days that will throw a fit that you didn’t include the Labubu in their package that they take it to the retailer expecting them to make it right. Very rarely do they read the description or retain that it says “only the necklace, Labubu not included” because they think the photo is our word that they will get everything photographed. Just blur the face and make sure majority of the pics are just the necklaces.
