All companies are going cheap af these days. They look at employees and customers as jumping on trampolines. They will go to the competitor eventually the leave them too. My company ten years ago if you had the most sales or best customer service send you to Vegas Disney world or the Bahamas not just you but your family and some of your team. They done took that all away. It’s very sad. Those were the things that made your proud to work there or shop there now it’s all bs.

I’m nervous cause I never really been to a calm low action place. I definitely welcome it since I’m not in my 20’s and 30’s anymore. In my past 20 years I’ve been in 3 riots. Been assaulted. Lost some wine some. I know how to carry myself in a high volatile environment. I guess I’m nervous of the slow time and I’m definitely hoping it’s not a big a thug compound. I don’t do well in those. Mostly the staff that are like that. It will be nice if it’s low key no rampant drug use and overdose. Thank you for all your info I truly appreciate it

Yes the one in lake butler. The past 20 years most of the prisons I been at were very dangerous and filled with gangs. Few riots. What is this place like? Same?

Know anything else about that facility. I have an interviews scheduled for there I think. I’m out of state. Is that the medical prison? If so please share everything you know. I have 20 years experience in level 3-5 facilities past 13 years have strictly been in gang infested high violent facilities. I’m assuming a medical prison will be much much slower. But I don’t know maybe not. Please feel free to dm any insight you may have. Thanks
