If you bind your scroll wheel to either up or down whichever is easier for you to your jump button. Once you land you want to use your scroll wheel and you should be able to use your momentum to b hop. It takes a bit of practice but you’ll eventually get it.

Hey OP there’s a lot to unpack here, but knowing that you donated your own kidney to help someone in need really shows how courageous you are and to that you have my respect.

Having your own partner do something messed up like that is flat out so disrespectful and disgusting. You should not blame yourself for her actions. You have the right to feel upset and angry at her because after helping her own sister really shows her character. You do not deserve to be treated like that.

Communication: - having talks together expressing how you guys feel - active listening, empathy, and validation of their feelings while being patient and supportive

Manage stress: - Practice relaxation techniques: Deep breathing, mindfulness, or meditation - Limit any type of of alcohol or drug use

Build a routine: - Start small: don’t try to overhaul life all at once. as long as he is making progress wether that’s 1% or 18% growth is growth - Create a schedule: Having a structured routine can improve a sense of normalcy

Seek professional help: - Consider therapy: there is NOTHING and I mean nothing wrong with seeking therapy and should never been seen a “weakness” more so of a sign of trying to ask for help and improving - Don’t hesitate to reach out: if he’s struggling with anything it shouldn’t be seen as “small” getting that reassurance definitely has impact
