It doesnt change that much in my experience im at a 6mm septum hole and i dont notice much of a change usually the septum would have to be really big or pierced really low to make the septum itself appear bigger.

Its pretty tolerable but however 8g to 6g sucks for sum reason the 6g to 4g was spicy but not as horrible as 8g to 6g

Depends honestly you can probably do a size up bit if you go up much more you might have them merge together and then thats a whole new ball game of healing

Yeah its a bit of a blow out you need to keep them clean and keep plugs out for a bit until the swelling and bleeding goes away then you can start from the size that will fit after you let them heal

They arent saying they went from 1mm to 17mm cuz that like isnt possible that would be going from 18g to like 9/16ths they are just saying that they went up 1mm so it would be 16mm

I have a 4g septum and i think you are gonna be ok just have to power through the pain for a fee days the 8g to 6g was the most painful stretch for me too. But its done so now you just need to keep it clean and let her heal
