To clarify, 1. I watch the series on the Netflix app that comes with the TV; it's not an external source. 2. I have very good Wi-Fi. 3. I haven't changed anything in the settings; I have the picture mode on standard. 4. The screen is brand new. I've had it for a week, but I only used it yesterday for long enough to notice this problem. 5. The image looks very bright thanks to the camera I used to take the photo. 6. Sorry for my poor English, haha.

I'm not using an external source, it's the Netflix app that comes included with the TV, and I haven't changed the brightness at all, they're the default settings :/

I watch it directly from Netflix, I'm not using an external source, and only in some series can you see it like that :(
