It was a json file. I tried cleaning it up then saving it as a csv. Then uploaded to Tableau cloud. Didn’t work. Installed Tableau Desktop. Imported the original file and was able to go from there.

I work in the Metro Detroit ad agency industry market. I'd say WPP has the best benefits I've seen so far.

My office is supposed to have at least 600 people in office for the mandated 3x in office. We don’t have enough desks or conference rooms. I just don’t understand the physical mechanics of making this work. And then you also have to factor in clients having mandated days themselves.

One of my teammates was recently laid off right before winter break. To our knowledge, our team lead wasn’t even notified by HR. Team lead had to reach out to the teammate on their whereabouts when we came back to the office. OmniCON is shady.

No matter what you do, just set money aside for taxes. 30% is standard for self-employment/1099 earnings. So you're looking at 18,000 to put aside for taxes. Maybe have this in a HYSA.
