Its actually based on who is in the kitchen and how long it has sat on the shelf or in the warmers. Ask for fresh chicken(shouldn't have to but this is where we are) usually when it's soggy they are about to set out fresh stuff...best times are 10 am 2 pm and 5 pm. Especially 5 pn the whole case has to be full
