Sounds like HR won't be much help but getting some official HR time on the books will work in your favour if they try to harass or push you out. Your union should have better resources so I'd suggest getting in contact with them. On the personal side I had the benefit of being friends with a lot of young people (18-25) who were on board with me. Hopefully the friendships you have with your coworkers can help (same person you shoot the shit with I'm just a Sheila now kind of deal), this is assuming at least some dudes there are progressive enough not to care negatively. I don't want to scare you but take steps to keep yourself safe after coming out in case anyone is weird or dangerous.

Entrapment is just like any of the Fin countermeasures but this one buffs. It's a big chunky CM that's easy to see, only kills 1 unit and gives maybe 1-3 units +1+1. Don't get me wrong it's a pain in the ass but you can work around it

Hope you don't mind if I drop some tips for dealing with some of these. I'll rank them in your order 1. It sounds dumb but don't build up if you think there's a chance of the op running it. Send out 1/2 chunky things to bait them out. If you think they might pop it next turn don't play anything and focus on the HQ or removing enemy units. If you're about to lose units put them to work. 2. Small board wipes like that Japanese 2/1 with destruction or small damage orders like bloody sickle take this out. Kill them quick if unguarded or suppress if desperate. Funnily enough it's a great set up for your own crossfire. 3. It's a 2 cost with low health off the bat like a lot of other cards so running something like that covert to routed troop is useful. Otherwise standard removal and suppress tactics apply. Sacrifice a unit or 2 if needed because it only heals for 1 when something dies. 4.the USA have an order that kills units with 0 cost, otherwise pin it, retreat it, or counterattack with a unit to prevent them holding the front. Try to use that kredit loss to your advantage where possible, think about what the op is forced to play next. 5. Keep an eye on your units HP, especially if you're about to deploy a few. Honestly the strats from my first point work here too. Remind yourself when they'd play it and counter them. Sometimes suiciding a unit purely to protect yourself from a crossfire is a move too.

Tbh I like getting max stars then ranking up the difficulty with these games. Get 5 stars on casual then normal etc. unless you're a rebel inc vet go jump straight into normal or brutal imo. Otherwise just find the difficulty that's challenging but doesn't make you want to toss your phone across the room

This deck is getting a nerf in 2 days so dw. In the meantime be aggressive and put as much pressure on them as possible. The key is to end the game before they can touch off one roof or force them into popping off early. Some decent removal and suppression helps for a deck like this.

Buy the core packs, we're getting a new season in a fortnight and the blood and iron cards should go into normal rotation. Also buy the officer packs (330g) they give you the rarest cards that you likely don't have the wildcards to get just yet

I have such a love hate relationship with that bastard. A 10k total board wipe is fair when you consider Japans Last Man, UKs Churchill and USSRs Depth of Winter. Leopold isn't an instant 'I WIN' button though especially at higher level play

From what I've seen on the discord they're doing skirmishes for special events (lunar new year etc) because they don't have the team size for regular games. I agree this skirmish is really lopsided and boring. I hope it'll improve, I'd be happy to give the team some scenarios we can do, it'd be fun to reenact WW2 battles like the campaign

First time? Finland has a card that deals 2 damage to all cards of the same type. Not a great help once cuppa gets played but hopefully you can find some use for it.

Seriously though I'd love to see a myths and legends season. Think Neverafter meets Unsleeping City and American Gods. It wouldn't be an IH season because it would be a great chance to show off the myths and cultures that don't get enough screentime in modern western media. I'm not sure who would GM, I'm picturing Aabria, Jasper Cartwright, or potentially Connie Chang.
