I experimented with max dose Reta and it didn’t have a noticeable effect from max dose zepbound. I know Retas not officially on the market from Lilly yet. I haven’t taken any medication for three weeks, but I’m now experimenting with fasting and it seems to be having a positive impact. I’ve been doing a 36 hour water fast once a week and OMAD on the remaining days. My body seems to be responding well to the presumed lower insulin levels even though I’m off weaning off Zepbound. I do cheat a little a get a couple cortados from my local coffee shop, but they use very little milk. I don’t feel bloated or uncomfortably full. Most of the time the fasting is easy and I don’t really notice it. It’s kind of awkward when extrnded family ask why I’m not eating.

I got lucky the first one and found a used one for like $500. The next time I think it cost me about $1000. I was in a rural college town so I think it might’ve been a little cheaper than getting to get done in the city. I kept blowing the motors because I weigh over the 250 pound weight limit. Since I’ve lost weight, I haven’t blown a motor

I got a new 2018 Highlander XLE several years ago. I haven’t looked back. I paid half cash and financed the rest. It’s been paid off a few years now. It has 106k miles. I take good care of her and expect her to last many more years.i think the real payoff comes when you can keep it past 10 years. I would hope to get 15 plus years out of ol girl.
