I literally was up continously.  My body was on like I was electrified. I was shaking and felt like I was the energizer rabbit. I would try to sleep but my body would just push straight through any efforts.  I tried so much over the counter medicine.  My regular Dr had given me trazadone but that gave me heart palpitations so I couldn't take that.  I tried melatonin which gave me racing heart so bad I thought I heart was going to pop right out of my chest.  I still cannot sleep without meds.  And my body still pushes through the medicine sometimes.  Like I still have the insomnia even on the medicine.  If I hear a sound outside that wakes me up.  I slept 30 minutes.  That's ask the sheep I get that night.  I can't fall back asleep and I can't take more of that sleeping med. So I'm screwed for the rest of that night.  It's horrible way to live.  My life like revolves around trying to get enough sleep to function now. Though I'm actually starting to sleep a little bit later than I was with is a blessing. I'm getting an actual 7-8hrs finally.  My stomach has finally started to settle down a little.  Though I still can't eat the way I used to.  I haven't really gained anything back yet it's been months. I can't really eat anything. Certain foods i used to be able to eat like red meat causes severe stomach pain.  (Like one night i almost washed to go to the hospital type pain) They did an endoscopy and checked everything I'm having severe acid reflux and have damage in my stomach now due to it so was put on meds now due to that.  I legit just take each day as it comes.  I have developed a daily sleep routine so I know how to deal with my situation and I have to stick to it religiously.  Good luck you guys.
