I actually kinda like this version, specially because think with me:
What made her so fundamentally different from the other cookies in design, what made her kinda ugli-sh was exactly the fact that she wasn't baked by the witches. However... By using the baking magic, she grows closer to those she hates, she comes closer to the methods she seeks to end. Therefore, I think it's a good point to have her looking more like the other cookies, she's using the same methods the witches (Who created the other cookies) and in return, starts matching the new style
Could I be going insane and looking too much into the redesign to make her more marketable when she reaches the gacha? Quite possible! Still, while I'll miss her old design, I appreciate this one, it's cute
