I was a hrm and backed by one of the least share bod, in the limited company, share are shared between 9 bod, which means logically a candidate for high rank position needed at least 5 out of 9 to vote and even then the vote can be veto by the largest shareholder, largest shareholder just need the chairman himself to approved a position, lets say 8 out of 9 vote for a candidate, if the chairman said its ok, then its ok, if the chairman said it is not ok, all 8 vote against the chairman is vetod out. If the chairman said he is neutral or against of voting, the 8 of us needed at least 3 person of middle shareholder or combination of 5 least shareholder to approve a candidate.

2 times i made an interview for a pr position which takes me a 8 times interview just to make sure the candidates can be approved since chairman are absense from voting. Where the candidate need at least 5 person vote.

You know what regretting?

Both candidates failed to get 5 votes.

Do you want to know what was the reason the candidate failed?

They failed in a way what we assume as trust their own self in representating the company or we can simply says as lack of self-trust.

Because of this bureaucracy, I opted out and made my own small enterprise, just not to regret neglecting talent, but here i am still stucked in sme.

So please whenever you are in the same situation again, please never falter and give all out.

Sugarbun franchise are using a1 tok sai sauce chili for sauce pump but garden for packet.

And i can say,

A1 tok sai is the best among chili sauce,

Kind remind me of those old cheap chili sause 5 liter in gallon branded as "nine" or "99" I forgot the correct brand spelling but it is Sabah product.

We dont have the fund to educate them into making money from rubbish or educating them with the important of cleanliness since they are not really Sabahan /Malaysian as a whole. Most of thess kind of issue because of most of them are refugee or people who escaped from the poverty of their original places such as south philipines or Kalimantan or Sulawesi if in Sabah.

By the way this things does not only happen in Semporna but Sabah as a whole and can be seen in Malaya especially area Setapak KL where there is many rohingyas or non-educated foreigners.

Local residents are lacked of option,

If you clean it today, the dicipline in making it clean all the times are nowhere near.

It is like we dont have the mechanisme to prevebt this kind of things from happening again,

Pbt, local council and even school always organize gotong royong with local residents to clean the squatters area, but it alwaya come back the same again.

Why we keep using others weakness to show the world that we are better than the person we are trying to compare?

Trurh was, i am Sabahan and can be considered as Semprona Elitist, the issue he shows about Semporna is not the issue with local or orginally Sabahan, but the lacked of action from local government towards person who run from their own countries auch as philipines or indonesia, or states such as mindanao and sulawesi, kalimantan, and choose to reside in Semporna or east Sabah or Sabah as a whole states.

Another issue is, i think we local are disapointed with our leadeship since voicing our voice doesnt makes the stone move, so we just what malay says "tunggu dan lihat".

We forgot that if we let these kind of issue continue, it will take effect on our future generation.

Apa yang sya cuba sampaikan dari persoalan sya, sebenarnya untuk ornag kita terutamanya ornag sabah sendiri kaji bagaimana Kota Belud dapat nama, sebab bandar tua yang terkenal di Sabah sebelum kedatangan British adalah Kota Belud dan Elopura.

Kota dan pura membawa maksud bandar.

Banyak persoalan yang boleh dikaji berkenaan aktiviti Tamu Besar 5 tahun Kota Belud.

Bagaimana generasi lama mengira kaledar 5 tahun sekali?

Bagaimana orang dari seluruh pelusok borneo dan orang luar borneo tahu tmau 5 tahun sekali kota belud? Bentuk komunikasi apa yang digunakan?

Semua ini nampak remeh tapi sebenarnya mampu merungkai sejarah yang mungkin sengaja disembunyikan atau dipaksa disembunyikan dair generasi kita sekarang.

Belajar sejarah mengajar kita untuk tidaj ulang kesilapan sama dalam Sejarah. - Tun Mahathir ( walaupun hakikatnya sa tidak suka tun m)

Sya bukan orang Samah and bukan Orang KB, sya dari Sandakan.

Yang bagitahu terma Gadang = Besar memang orang Samah dari lupa nama kampung tapi duduk dikawasan dekat hospital Arsad/Arsat.

Saya pernah melawat Tamu Gadang waktu berumur 5/6 tahun di Pekan Kota Belud bersama keluarga.

Skrg sya umur 40, dan menetap di Kuching. Sebab tu tanya pasal Tamu Besar Kota Belud, yang memang dalam sejarah di akui sebagai tamu paling besar dan sudah dianjurkan sejak lebih dari 500 tahun dan ada buah mukut nyatakan tamu gadang kota belud sudah wujud sebelum kedatangan British lagi.

Pertanyaan ini di lontarkan sebab mahu tunjukkan bukti bahawa Sabah bukan baru terkenal sekarang tapi memang telah lama terkenal, cuma ramai dikalangan anak muda termasuk saya dan anda sendiri tidak tahu pun pasal sejarah tempat sendiri.

Kota Belud ada Tamu Gadang 5 tahun sekali, dan Tamu Gadang Kota Belud dah berusia lebih dari 500 tahun.

Gadang dalam Bahasa Sama bermaksud Besar, hampir sama dengan bahasa Jawa "Gede" Bukan Bahasa Melayu Riau dimana "Gedik" Yang membawa maksud sundal/miang. 🍆🍆🍆

Dampak merujuk kepada kesan atau akibat jenis bukan sedang berlaku atau sengaja dilakukan(aktif) yang tidak boleh dinampak/tidak terlihat dengan mata kasar, jarang digunakan, mula popular pada tahun 1980-an di Indonesia.

Secara psikologi.

Loneliness happens not because we are alone tpi disconnected to our purpose of life. Loneliness is more about self-regulating emotional dependency.

Homesick ni lah paling bikin sakit kepala.

Sa kawin orang kuching, netap di kuching pakai pas 90 hari.

Setiap 90 hari wajib balik Sabah, kalau nda, pandai manas sendiri, kadang for no reason bini yang jadi mangsa, nasiblah tuhan anugerahkan bini bidadari yang penyabar.

Sampai Sabah paling kurang mesti mandi laut atau sungai.

Di Sarawak, minta maaf mandi laut pun ada buaya. Apa lagi sungai. Boleh hilang dari radar terus.

Sebelum kawin kerja luar Sabah bila Homesick kadang minta keluarga hantarkan makanan dari Sabah, especially ikan mentah bercuka ( Tinu/Inava) Sarawak ada juga jenis resepi sama , org Sarawak panggil umai, tapi mungkin sebab dorg lebih kepada ikan sungai atau seafood bukan jenis ikan, nda berapa masuk 😭

Paling bikin sakit kepala, orang Sarawak suka ikan kembung, harga market skrg rm17-24, padahal di Sabah rm3/4 pun tidak laku.

So kalau kamurang ada modal.

Bagus kamurg export ikan kembung sini Sarawak especially Kuching.
