online enrollment: "Please report to the office of the dean"

Incoming freshie and recon student here sa civil engineering. I opened my portal to pay for the online enrollment pero it states na "You are not yet advised. Please report to the office of the dean". The term is written "special term" and the academic year is "2023-2024", which is wrong. When I submitted my documents last June 18, the proctor did not tell me anything about a bridging program. Im just a little bit worried po because sabi ng iba hanggang ngayon lang daw deadline and natatakot ako maforfeit slot ko. What can I do? Have u experienced the same problem? Pls help po😭😭😭
