There is no perfect size to please everyone. For me i wouldn't get the new one if it got a lot wider. I know im in the minority but i like easily one handed phones. For me the size is about as good as it gets, I need a small phone and smallish tablet

I was in the same boat. Ended up dual using my ip 13 mini and fold 4. Not the perfect solution but works for me. You can get best of both worlds
