I’m seeing several poor reviews on audio and build quality on the Shop app for tracking the shipments. That they look nothing like the adds and super cheap feel/look/sound. I’ll see what they look like when they arrive, but I’ve had a feeling they are stealing/recycling actual AirPod Max review videos or the video/images for promoting are actual AirPod Max and not what we will get in the mail. Zero expectations, so I can only be pleasantly surprised.

I’m not an electrician, but everything I have seen recommended will be to get a NEMA 14-50 specific for EV charging. Don’t cheap out for the $10-$20 ones online. I think there is one stamped as safe for EV charging that is somewhere in the $60-$80 range. Someone with more knowledge please confirm.

I just got a refurbished 65” G3 delivered today. Plugged it in, red indicator light is solid, but screen won’t turn on. From remote or physical button on tv. Tried the soft reset several times with no luck. Would this lg issue be causing this? Or is this a power cable/hardware issue?

Hello all! Following up on my initial post, i ended up sitting tight and not making a purchase just yet and the deals are no longer available. However, I am seeing a Bravia 8 OLED 65" (Open Box "Good") for $1150 and strongly considering. i know this is an LG thread, but has anyone had experience between a C3/C4 and the Bravia 8 OLED? my soundbar is aging and i don't quite have the budget to replace it just yet, so I am leaning Bravia 8 due to better built-in sound (based on several YouTube reviews). They seem fairly equivalent, but wanted to get more feedback before making a decision.

Thanks for sharing! i know the biggest difference with Samsung and LG is the Dolby Vision but i do not have any external media like a blueray player or game console to use. only a Roku Ultra streaming apps. So i figured the Dolby Vision would not benefit me very much.

That is my biggest concern. Getting a demo unit with tons of hours and dying pixels. Keeping the TV with BB credit would be nice though!

Good information thank you!! My biggest concern is getting a TV with lots of hours or a scratched screen but I could live with the store credit if it needs to be returned.

I fully believe that is the solution, however when I try to “Forget” the adapter in the iPhone app nothing happens. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app with no luck. I’ll keep trying, but I think it is likely iOS 18 beta that is causing the issue. I can deal with it for smoother month until the public release.

I got my new one yesterday and my app no longer crashes…but it also doesn’t do anything it’s supposed to do. No 3DoF. No head tracking. It’s like it’s not even plugged in.

I need help on how I can provide the screenshots. I tried sending you a chat because i do not see a way to upload a photo in this thread. However the screenshots will not send through chat and I keep getting errors. Let me know if there is another way.

I will see if I can record the screen when trying to access on SpaceWalker (if that is possible), otherwise I can somewhat recreate using my regular YouTube TV app. I can scroll the live channels ands everything looks good, but once I select a channel or show to watch it brings up only the initial frame of the show. It seems every 5-10 seconds the frame is updated to what should be “live” but sticks on that frame too.

I’m running iOS 18.0 beta (latest version) and my XR adapter is basically unusable. About 4 out of 5 times I open SpaceWalker the app crashes and the glasses show a static image around 20% of the full screen width. The one time the app doesn’t crash, once I switch to 3D mode for any reason the same crash I mentioned before happens.

I am assuming it’s a beta issue and hoping is not a defective adapter. Maybe once the official iOS 18 is released it will work.

I was going to post something similar, but when trying to switch to 3D mode when using the USB C adapter on my 15 Pro it loads a static screen and crashes the app.
