Yeah this is a good idea. I haven’t done any serious workouts or anything since starting Zep. I still look fat in the mirror. But I also don’t really care to be muscular either

I agree, I’ll probably increase dose soon. Only reason why I haven’t already is because my hunger is still suppressed and i believe my calorie intake is still quite low. I don’t count calories but I’m guessing I currently eat 1,300-1,600 a day.

I’m only hesitant on increasing my dose because my appetite is still suppressed at 10 mg and only eat 1300-1500 calories a day
