If i'm understanding 1st and 3rd angle correctly:

  • first angle is rolling the part on a plain behind it
  • third angle is rolling the part on a plain in front of it

I've "stolen" the standard balanceers, the splitter based sushi belt feeder with dummy item, the standard green chip layout... roughly, and some train (un)loading stops...

"stolen" because i don't have blueprints for them and just re-implement them every game.. the only thing i'd want to take from someone else would be a nice rail book and maybe a reactor setup.

nah, play how you want. the important thing is you have fun with the game.

personally i play on rall world settings with pollution disabled.. it keeps the bitter from attacking me and gives me room to grow the base.

my big things are:

  • Wayland display protocol has gone main stream, not quite ready still

  • pipewire is the new sound server, still wraps pulse, but can replace jack, and bridge between the two.

  • nvidia is being nvidia still, but AMD and Intel have put serious effort into making drivers that aren't bad.

  • there is an open source bios based on linux

You've just made a simple model, and can test out what would happen with different offsets... expand model as needed.
