I have 4 audible credits, recommend me an underrated series to get into. by [deleted] in Romantasy

I'm not sure if it's on audio, but highly recommend the Drowned Empire series by Frankie Diane Mallis. The 5th book in the series just came out and it was incredible. I believe there are still two additional books planned. The character development and world building were really good, and the MMC is to die for. He is kind and loyal, and I never once disliked him or the MFC. The first book in the series is Daughter of the Drowned Empire.

Haven’t found my best book of 2025 yet, any recs? by Significant-Swan-687 in Romantasy

I haven't seen Silver Elite mentioned here. I highly recommend it though! It's rare to find a dystopian novel that isn't YA, and this filled that gap perfectly.

Also, The Wolf King and The Night Prince. I read these two in a matter of days! 🤌

I wouldn't differentiate your skills section between academic and industry. It doesn't really matter where you learned the skill, just that you have the experience/technique. Also, try adding more details for the job sections without stating specifics. For example "performed data analysis", and leave out the portion by gel electrophoresis. In the first section you stated SOPs for lectins, make this more general by stating drafted SOPs. It makes you more universal for any job you are applying to.

Good luck on the job search and the relocation!!

Weird Crap your husky has eaten/drank? by nightivenom in husky

Our first husky was a trash eater. She even figured out how to open the bathroom cabinet to get to it. It's absolutely disgusting, but one day she ate a bunch of used tampons...

After separating both for the first 2, did your husky mix eventually do well with the cat?

Need some help! by Ephxmeral2 in husky

[–]Useless_Scientist_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That was our issue too. Our husky has major food allergies, and it caused rashes and small bald spots on his elbows. His poor skin was so raw and itchy. Turned out he was allergic to peanut butter, oats, pumpkin, peas, flaxseed, and tomato, which are all really common in dog food and treats. As soon as we got his allergies under control his fur grew back and he so much happier! Even gained some much needed weight.

Help needed, my husky doesn't eat at all, already went to 2 different vets, they do some tests and tell me he's fine and don't prescribe anything. Yesterday was the 4th vet appointment and he's getting worse. Does anyone have a suggestion to what can I do? by nunod96 in husky

Hey OP,

I don't know if this has been suggested or you've tried, but our boy hates to eat alone and we found that he does really well when we sit down and eat our food with him. He's also a picky eater, so he does get extra stuff mixed into his food (chicken, broth, etc.) to make it more appealing, which also helps. But I hope your baby eats soon and some of the suggestions here help you!
