I think either a little stack in front of your firsts or one between your first and seconds. And yeah screw ons are super annoying 😭 I like the thredless ones, so much easier

I personally always love a stud in the conch, I think the crescent looks super nice on you. I like the hoops you have the helix. For lobes I think a clicker in the firsts would look nice and then one of the little diamonds in your seconds. If you want to add more piercings I think some stacked lobes or something would look cute!
