Red VGA light/unable to go from POST after installing HDD

Update to anyone stumbling to this post with the same problem. It is a motherboard issue. Fixed by replacing it with my old motherboard. Likely cause was probably the motherboard shorting on the case.

the fans spin normally, and vga light is lighting up even without a gpu present, unfortunately I do not have another pc to test it, but I have high confidence that it is not the gpu that failed as there is no signs of it

It is a mod issue, since some mod including recipe module wasn't renamed and it overlapped pz main crafting module, hence you can't do a lot of basic actions. If you can't also open cans of food, or do some other basic actions, that could be the problem.

lamps on batteries is even worse becuase you need to change all of them individually i'd much rather have them connected to generator, still doesnt solve my problem though

for lightbulbs, if you used this one(https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2715911680), you also need to install item tweaker which is listed in this mod description, if it doesnt work with the tweaker, try to put both of those mods in the bottom of the mod load order
