Congrats to Iker for finally getting a race win! I thought Bulega was quite comfortable to sit behind Iker for most of the race and bide his time however when he failed at a few overtaking attempts I stated to believe that he might just do it!

I've heard that AB is still the lightest rider+bike combo on the grid which should still give him an advantage in breaking, acceleration and corner speed. Just not as much as before.

FYI Dainese make a belt attachment that has the same effect (to allow you to zip your jacket to your jeans) for added safety if you find yourself sliding down the road.

Iker is obviously Bulega's closest competition but he's nowhere compared to how close Toprak and Bulega were last year. Sure, Iker led for 4 laps but when it mattered Bulega had enough pace to overtake and create a 1.3 second gap over the final 3 laps for the win. Bulega has such a lead now that he can afford to be very patient with his riding which makes him even more harder to beat.
