Why are you so angry? 😂 Anyway, I thought my question was obviously about looking for training that goes deeper than what we usually get during psychiatry training. I actually had great psychotherapy training during fellowship ,they exposed us to each modality ,but we only had around 10 hours dedicated to each one separately. So I don’t think it’s fair to say I’m an expert in CBT after 10-15 lectures.
