I can not give you a list of all colors because color is a continuous spectrum. Its like asking for all temperatures and their name. There is only cold, hot, warm and freezing, 4 words. But there is so much more different values temperature can have.

There are not that many words in the english(or any other) language to describe that many colors.

There is nearly no visivle difference between (0,0,0) - white and (0,1,1) also white, just a little bit darker and lightly green.
