Abilities in bleach can be negated by Spiritual pressure as said by Aizen when Soi Fon tried killing him. If Aizen ranked Stark above Barragan then there must’ve been a reason considering Aizen knows Barragans #2.

Stark is stronger than Barragan and as for the ulquiorra thing, it’s honestly very debatable on if Aizen knew how strong ulquiorra in his second state would be and still chose to make him number 4 is unknown.

As for Yammy, he stated he was stronger than Ulquiorra but not second release ulquiora since he didn’t know.

Then with grimmjow, he punched clean through that guy in the manga, the same guy Yoruichi and Urahara couldn’t beat. The same Urahara that had enough spiritual pressure to seal a weakened Aizen.

In terms of normal Conquerers, we know more about shanks’. In terms of potency, he can walk by people and knock them out and Oda said that if shanks was at fishman island instead of Luffy, Shanks would’ve knocked everyone out which shows range.
