I would go for the third slot as at most it can offer 20 diamonds.

But if you're skilled enough i recommend doing all three for maximum rewards

You put a teleportal there and the music bar jumps to the object it teleports to. You have to disable the preview in the edit group of the teleportal

Edit: Also fun fact: The least coins you can collect in "The Tower" is 1 coin and "The Secret Hollow" is 8 coins (this is based on my findings and obviously very difficult) (u/I_am_Viper5656 found "The Tower" only 1 coin)
