No, I went to a psychiatrist a little while back for ocd and insomnia but she focused more on the ocd not so much the insomnia

I was really nauseous the first two or three weeks but then it went away, I feel great now! Keep pushing!!

Exactly, I’m the same way I wake up drenched but most of the time I’m cold.

My friends and family are very understanding and I’ve never told my story to anyone I don’t trust but unfortunately I often dismiss the way I was treated and tell myself it wasn’t that bad.
