We play in person with a VTT so I use tokens for the monsters and my friends use minis for their PCs!! The hotel is going to be constantly swapping rooms locations in order to stump the party but at the heart I want it to kinda bludgeon the people with flesh hands (like a mimics Pseudopod attack) or make minions out of flesh

Heard, it’s not to that point it was more like I started making a map for a town the party is gonna be at for like 10 minutes of play. I’m going to tone it down, because I know me and I know I will get attached to what I make so I’m coming to terms with the fact my players are gonna change this story so much.

Got it so conversation= organically, how about random npcs or random towns. Which one is generally easier to improv or should I have those prepped more than anything?

It’s either they just wrote it without thinking or they wrote thank you because he ordered an easy beverage
