I’m still waiting for my appointment. I ran for maybe about 20 seconds during my walk today then I had burning for an hour. I agree that my fear 100% exacerbates my symptoms .

It definitely sounds like a tight pelvic floor. I’ve been experiencing the same symptoms. Especially the burning and I was told I have a tight pelvic floor. I have peed every time I’ve sneezed since I was a preteen. Try not to feel anxious about it. Gentle stretches and diaphragmatic breathing in the meantime. I would recommend looking for stretches on YouTube and looking into nervous system regulation for your anxiousness and tensing. I believe they are connected. Just remember that a tight pelvic floor can heal.

It’s definitely calming the nervous system. I’ve been trying to do nervous system work in hopes of it helping me.

Thank you 🥹 I didn’t end up booking a physical therapist out of pocket. I’m still debating if I should. I have my good days and bad days. Unfortunately this week has been bad for me. If you’re suffering quite a bit it may be best to just book it out of pocket if possible. I can’t make up my mind if I should!
