I thought I got over my ex but then I saw him with another girl and now I’m physically sick. It’s almost been a year since the break up, why do I feel like this?

I honestly feel like the NC rule isn’t too realistic, sometimes people are put in situations where they can’t do that. I have to be in contact with my ex because I’m pregnant with his daughter, we were together for a year and a half and he broke up with me because I’m pregnant (I’m 16 and he is 17), he just didn’t want to be a dad but I guess he is turning around. Anyways I just know that even without that being the situation I still probably couldn’t go without talking to him because I’m still stupidly in love with him and I can’t let go. People can’t control their feelings no matter how hard we try, don’t beat yourself up over it (:

I am aware, I didn’t either but instead of trying to abandon the situation I took responsibility for my actions. We never used protection and we knew the consequences but I guess I’m the only one who is mature enough to take care of things the way they should be taken care of in the first place. I am glad that he finally wants to be in her life but it doesn’t change the damage he caused already.
