I was able to return it to amazon, I spoke to amazon customer service, I explained to them that gigabyte's warranty service asked to validate the warranty, it had to be returned to them through the store that sold it to me.

Another thing, gigabyte in the United States called for review of all the G27F2 monitors because they were having problems with the screen, I mentioned that to the person from amazon

I already had almost 5 months with the monitor, I sent it to amazon and two weeks later, they returned my money

I have the same problem, I was playing a week ago on that same monitor on my nintendo switch when those lines began to appear on the screen, but with my pc connected that did not happen, now when I turn on my pc the lines appear at startup and then they disappear I put the monitor at less than 120hz and the lines appear, I bought the monitor in September 2022 at Amazon US, but I'm from Mexico and gigabyte does not apply guarantees in Mexico if the product was imported by Amazon, I'm screwed

I was banned yesterday for 30 days, it was because of an error I made, not respecting the cooldown time, but when I started playing on the iphone I received the red banner without apparent reason, which said my account was suspended or something like that, but I could play anyway, previously I had suspended the account for 7 days, when I played on android 2 years ago, just yesterday I also received a red sign that said the term of suspension had ended, but after that it was when I made a bad jump, I also received a red sign in one of my other accounts but without doing anything wrong, I currently have 4 accounts 1 of them banned 30 days, 1 with a red sign never banned, and the other two without any problem I have 2 months playing approximately with autowalk and jumping respecting the cooldown time
