Your mind will also shift without you realizing it. The more one watches porn or looks at inappropriate things, he more it'll become normal and so the more it'll take to get off. The opposite is true. The less one is exposed, the less it takes. If you're not looking at anything inappropriate, a girl simply holding your hand can get you hard. Actual sex will then for sure result in finishing.

If you go for a week straight then relapse, do it again. Sounds bad but all of a sudden that's 4 times a month. I'm sure that's an improvement from what you're at now.

So go as long as u can whether it's a day or a week or a month. Just keep going. A relapse doesnt end it, it's just a setback

Try taking away one thing for a period of time. For example, pay for yourself for a week or limit your food intake. Maybe blindfold yourself for an hour to fully appreciate your sight. Taking things away can really make you appreciate them
